“Nice place to stay”

The hostess was super friendly and accommodating, and the large tub with jets was glorious after a hike through Lava Beds National Monument caves. Nearby, Stagecoach Pizza is just a business away, and there are plenty of other eateries. The suite was very large, the dog area was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well without any annoying noises. It was great value, and we’ll definitely stay again. The only issue was the make‑up wipes, which are toxic and full of parabens; I can’t blame the owners for not knowing that, as many people aren’t aware of the health risks. They’re sold, but it’s not the hotel’s fault that regulators often fail to protect the public from such additives. Those who know should avoid them.

“Don't stay in Klamath falls for Crater lake.”

The staff were super nice and quick to respond, which was a relief given how rude service can be in the Pacific Northwest. Klamath Falls itself feels rundown, so I wouldn’t recommend using it as a base for Crater Lake. The hotel’s location is also in a rough area. The room had no soundproofing, and we learned the hard way that locals use the street the hotel sits on to drive their loud cars and motorcycles all night. The bed I stayed in needed replacing; the springs made constant noises and it was very uncomfortable. The kitchen would have been useful, but it lacked any cooking utensils. Other hotels on the same road near downtown offered no improvement; downtown hotels are also problematic due to a high homeless presence.

We were on our way and found availability, and the staff were very helpful. The place was clean, though the parking lot was small; the night clerk assisted us in parking our two trailer vehicles across the street at a church lot. The rooms and furnishings were a bit tired but still clean.

“Would recommend staying here.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean with plenty of lighting and spacious, and the beds were comfortable; I’d stay again. Everything was fine.

The star was very courteous and informed us shortly after we left that we had left an item in our room; we responded quickly and thanked them for the heads‑up.
