A lovely stay at a very friendly and comfortable hotel. Rooms were clean. We chose to dine and drink at the hotel in the evenings instead of searching the town and had a fantastic time. The food was excellent, the real ale at the bar was great, and the locals created a wonderful atmosphere.

A family‑run hotel with excellent food, a high‑quality local real ale in the bar, and a great vibe. The room was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable.

The place had a very nice quiet atmosphere, all lovely and clean, and the staff at breakfast were very nice and the service excellent; it was a great place to stay in a great location.
