Located 10 km from Valencia Airport, it's a 3-minute walk from Feria Valencia, with Bioparc Valencia and Turia Gardens nearby, 8 km away.

The staff saw the bedbug photos we showed them and agreed to refund us. We booked this place for a 3‑day event at Fira Valencia (Oct 15‑18) and needed consecutive nights. We found live bedbugs—including a nymph—on the wall, bedside table, and bedding. The room and the hotel were also dirty and outdated. Management promised a refund and pest treatment, but we had to leave at 2 am, find another hotel last minute, and treat all our belongings at home. The refund can't compensate for that stress and effort. We won't return, even if the stay were free.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the jacuzzi was huge. The decor felt old-fashioned, and some outlets were in bad shape.

The only thing worth mentioning is the price. The room was cramped, with a dirty column visible from the window, and the parking was filthy and extremely hard to open. The staff were barely polite; it felt like we were more of a nuisance than a guest whenever we asked for anything.
