“Worth Paying more somewhere else, not for everyone.”

The location was great and convenient to many services. The tenants were questionable: some had all their belongings outside in their cars, the place was not clean and was run down. It’s not worth the money unless you’re down on your luck.

“It was bad”

Nothing good—smelled like cigarettes and mildew and looked like the 1970s. Everything else was bad, and there were no amenities at all.

“Great value on the west end of town”

A solid 9.0/10. The room was spotless and had every basic amenity you’d expect – fridge, microwave, a large TV with direct channels, and dependable Wi‑Fi – making it as good as or better than any other budget place in town. The price was unbeatable compared to the over‑priced spots down the street. It sits on the desirable West end of Morristown, right next to a lot of eateries and both big‑box and local shops, so I’d definitely recommend it. On the downside, the lower rates seem to attract some less desirable guests, and while the owners are methodically working to clean up the area, that’s a fair criticism.
