Cozy, peaceful, and comfortable, it felt almost mystical overlooking the castle ruins. Pat and Natasha were wonderful hosts, and I appreciated that all the little self‑catering extras—condiments, kitchen roll, etc.—were supplied. A real gem. I was initially unsure about the chemical toilet, but it wasn’t a problem once I got used to it.

The views and location were nice and quiet, the excellent hosts showed us around the ruin with good knowledge of it; would definitely recommend.

The view was amazing, and the Lemon Cake was unexpected but really yummy. We loved everything about our 2‑night stay.

I felt instantly at ease and relaxed, loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the stunning greenery and the castle ruin.
