The location is perfect. The overall maintenance was poor and cleanliness was lacking. Bed linens were found all over the 4th floor, which has 3–4 rooms. Power cuts were frequent and the backup system was too slow. The AC in room 403 made noise, and there was no water flow in the wash basin inside the toilet. I complained but no action was taken. I asked for a tariff reduction, but the hotel manager simply passed the blame to Treebo, saying I should talk to them. Treebo only sends automated messages for bookings and doesn’t answer calls. Utterly outrageous. The property’s value is insane, and I am demanding a refund because I left a day before my scheduled checkout.
