“AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!”

The service overall was awful. There weren’t enough beds for everyone and the online photos were misleading. Some rooms lacked A/C, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, it was quite dirty, and the kitchen was nearly empty—no cutlery, plates, or heating facilities.

A very pleasant stay at Holiday In Nilaveli, clean and comfortable room with good value. It’s a 5‑minute walk to the beach and many restaurants. The hosts are also adorable and very helpful. I recommend it 100%.

“Worst resort I've ever seen in my life”

I booked this resort three days ahead and confirmed my reservation three separate times by phone, even within 12 hours of check‑in. I told the resort that my wife and I would arrive between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM, but when we got there at 11:20 PM, nobody answered. We waited more than an hour, kept calling and trying to speak with staff, but got no proper response. The only person we saw seemed drunk and rudely told us, “No more rooms,” even after I showed the confirmed booking PDF. A kind local person finally helped us after 1:00 AM, calling several hotels on our behalf and finding us a room. That stranger was a godsend at that moment; we’ll never forget his kindness and how he helped without expecting anything in return. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this resort if you value your time, safety, and peace of mind.

“Easy Accessible good location with good potential to improve more.”

Easy access, good location, but I’m a little concerned about the A/C and cleanliness.

Nice location, great value for money, perfect AC room, very clean, excellent lighting options, highly recommended place, and the owner is a very friendly person.
