“Modern facilities and very friendly staff”

The staff were friendly, fresh fruit was available at the reception desk, coffee was free, and the place was very clean. Breakfast was crowded, the selection was limited, the omelette tasted bland, and the egg smell was overpowering.

“Very pleasant stay and great value for money”

The location is great, about a 10‑minute walk from the subway, and if you pick the right room you get excellent water views. The hotel is clean and pleasant, and I liked the interior design. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay, typical hotel fare. The coffee was good and there are restaurants nearby (we liked the Asian one) and a couple of grocery stores as well. The room is quite sparse, with no fridge at all.

“Fijn verblijf in Kopenhagen!”

The hotel is nice, clean, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was well prepared and tasty. It’s close to the metro, so you’re right in the city center.

“A wonderful stay in a lovely hotel with beautiful surroundings and the kindest, most welcoming staff I’ve ever encounter”

Everything was amazing! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful – genuinely the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered! The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel itself was lovely, and the surrounding area was beautiful. I was also really impressed by the excellent ventilation. Despite the room being quite small, it didn’t get steamy at all after a shower, which is something I often experience in hotels. And one more thing – the hair conditioner was absolutely wonderful!. The room was a little on the small side. It was perfectly fine for a one-night stay, but it might feel a bit cramped for a longer visit. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
