The spot near the main station is convenient, and the breakfast hours are long, with checkout until 12 pm. The room on the 6th floor is very small and cramped, and the toilet water pressure is weak. Breakfast offers only one type of bread, small reheated rolls, small spoons only upon request, no cooked ham, and only inexpensive cold cuts.

The hotel sits right next to the main station and the city centre. The whole street feels like a “hotel street,” with many well‑known chains nearby. The crowd outside the hotel lives up to the cliché of station districts, and the hotel itself mirrors that vibe: dirty carpets in the corridors, grimy grout in the bathrooms and showers, and an overall unkempt appearance. The reception’s comment that “we’re in a station district” does not inspire a return visit. The overnight rate is not justified for Munich.

The location near the station is good, and the room with courtyard windows is relatively quiet. As a 4‑star hotel in Germany, I expected higher standards: no space to unpack a suitcase on the floor, the shower is flooded because the glass door doesn’t seal, light switches are only in the corners and not centrally controlled, and the hair dryer dates from around 1990. Breakfast is adequate in quality but pricey.

The location is fantastic! However, the 24/7 outside noise is also fantastic!
