“The on-site manager/wife are great but the owner is horrible.”
That the manager mived me to a different room because I was leaving because of the roaches that were in my room. He moved me to a different room. No wifi, could not watch TV or anything because it was bad here. The first night in that room i believe rm 116 had roaches. He had to change ne to a different room the second night because i was planning to leave and rec a refund. He was so very nice, moved me to a different rom where no roach infestation. I lived there in 2024 and it was great. No this time. I just couldn't believe it. No wifi, I couldn't see sny TV even though I oaid for this service. The owner which lives in a completely different state needs to visit the place and remodel it. The on-site Mgr and wife are excellent people, very nice considerate and willing to meet our needs to the best if their abilities. The owner of this property is horrible

I liked the first room on the side of the drive into the property, but the second night was horrible. The lock on the door was broken. I think the place rents out weekly or monthly. I stayed on the opposite side of the first room. People were everywhere, standing in doorways. That side wasn’t clean at all and was dark at night. The stairs to the second floor had rotten boards that were loose and about to fall apart, and people were sitting on them, so I couldn’t bring my luggage to my room. I booked the room and requested to pay at the…
The room was clean and the in‑room amenities worked as expected.
“We left early due to the overwhelming bad smell of mildew.”
Everything was fine except the mattress had mildew and the odor was overwhelming.
“It's a place to get a shower and a nights rest passing through.”
I was never informed about breakfast, but overall it was just okay.
