“Ottimo posto”

The TV, fridge, Wi‑Fi and air conditioning were all there. Parking and the view were nice, and the room was large with plenty of power outlets. However, there were no mosquito nets and the bathroom was missing a toilet paper holder. The pillows were huge and hard. I didn’t stay in the double room I had booked, but it was still fine.

The receptionist was super nice and a real gem, the place was clean and comfortable for one night, and I love donkeys… it’s an hour to the airport, which is a plus. There were no mosquito nets on the windows or doors, and because it’s in the countryside that might be expected. Getting up the hill to the rooms can be a challenge depending on your car. A few more outdoor seating spots would be nice.

The owner was very kind and, even though I was very late for check‑in, he waited for me until late at night and even helped me over the phone with directions. The environment is very quiet, in the Tuscia countryside, opposite the owners’ agriturismo. The living room is spacious, bright and welcoming – I felt at home. There is a standard‑size fridge. A few more bathroom accessories and perhaps a tea or coffee machine in the room would make the stay even more pleasant and comfortable. An outdoor area where you can sit to read or enjoy nature would make the accommodation perfect. The lack of blinds and shutters in some rooms could be a nuisance for some; in that case I would contact the owners directly to arrange the most suitable room.

Overall everything was fine. I was only somewhat disappointed that we had to scan to get the menu.

“Katastrophe”

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was awful, with a cellar atmosphere, and the description didn’t match reality.
