“Non ci andate nn puliscono le camere! Allisciano solo il letto!!!”

I can’t say much positively; as soon as I arrived I was given a room whose bathroom hadn’t been cleaned—there was urine in the toilet! I pointed it out and they swapped rooms, but in the new one I immediately saw a shoe print on the carpet. I did my usual inspection and found dust everywhere! The alarm clock was completely covered! I opened the bed and there were three stains in the middle; I tested with a damp towel to see if they were permanent, and they came off! I ended up washing the furniture and those stains with soap and a bit of water several times until it was clean! I wonder how you can give guests rooms that aren’t cleaned? We paid for it! Shame.

“Second time staying due to clean convenient location”

The location was clean and convenient. Everything else was fine.

The room was clean and cozy, and I liked the amenities it had. There was no elevator, which I hadn't seen listed before booking, and a strong food smell at check‑in that I didn't find appealing.

“Functional but not more...”

The location was good. The building is old and its maintenance is lagging behind, even the flat‑screen TV had a messed‑up display panel.
