The receptionists were very clever, for sure. Everything else was fine.

The location was excellent, the service was good and the whole property was spotless. Parking was adequate. The hotel’s boats for lake trips were well equipped and staffed. The hotel accommodated my special diet without any problem. Checking in and settling the bill took a lot of time, which may have been partly the fault of the booking company.

The staff need a lot of training. The staff attitude was poor, and general cleanliness was lacking.

The staff were fairly friendly, but there was no hot water, no hair dryer, and the kitchen messed up orders and left the food undercooked.
