“Not worth the money”

The location was great, but the lobby was a chaos of kids running around nonstop, bugs appeared in the room, the floor was dirty, there was used toilet paper left behind, and the overall comfort felt dirty. We paid $200 for this and it was not worth it; I was very disappointed.

“Wait until it improves before you stay .!”

The location was close enough to NGHS to be convenient, and I’ve been an IHG member for over 25 years, staying at many different properties. The staff double‑charged my PayPal after I showed them the receipt and explained I paid online, and they offered no customer service when I confronted them; I received no reply to my email. The room was not clean—sink, shower corners, bowl area, and room edges were dirty. It received a quick once‑over but was not cleaned properly. The A/C barely worked; it took over 10 minutes to turn on and start cooling, and the staff told me to “wait and be patient” while a fan blew in a hot room at 1 AM. Breakfast had good sausage, an old imitation egg cheese omelette that wasn’t hot, warm juice, and milk, which was very underperforming. Over a week later I still received no reply, so I’m contacting corporate next.

Breakfast was adequate and the location was excellent, but the TV was glitchy and the entire facility looked pretty worn.
