Great location, organization, cleanliness, breakfast.

Shared area, pool, green space. Cleaning was poor; a cockroach appeared at night. The bathroom floor was old. Reception staff were not kind enough to open the door to the suite area, even when a guest was full of luggage and confused about how to get to the suite. Parking is outside the common hotel area. The internal access area is poorly signposted.

Only the location was good. The room had a strong odor, the bathroom seemed unclean with a strong urine smell, the air‑conditioner was noisy. I tried to cancel a night but couldn’t; I paid for two nights but stayed only one. The photos are misleading.

“2 Camas de Solteiro não é 1 de Casal”

The overall environment was okay. I booked a room that should have had a double bed, but when my girlfriend and I arrived we found two single beds together. We tried to ignore it, but in the middle of the night we fell off the bed when it separated. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I’ve been a customer before and it wasn’t like this. The TV wasn’t smart, the mini‑fridge was empty. I liked this hotel, but I’m disappointed with the current quality.
