The place feels like a fairy‑tale, stunningly beautiful with excellent service, a wonderful atmosphere, design, refined food, nature, spa and thermal pools; they treat every guest as if they were the only one, everything was perfect and I even felt sad leaving, leaving a piece of myself there, the vibe was very warm with its own micro‑climate, thank you for a great holiday! However, the management should warn visitors that Puya Pi’s time differs from Santiago’s, because we missed a 13‑hour boat and had to wait 2.5 hours for the next one; as foreigners we didn’t know that detail. I would also improve the massage quality and the treatment rooms, the mud‑wrap room looks more like a hospital ward with harsh lighting straight in the face, which does nothing for relaxation, it wasn’t worth the price. There is no sauna, which I think should be there.
