Spotless, good food and staff, great facilities. Three of the spa buttons weren’t working, the pool temperature could have been a wee bit hotter.

“Stay was amazing”

The staff were amazing, very respectful and well‑mannered; the room was fantastic, dinner was amazing, prices were reasonable, the bar staff were very helpful and well‑spoken, always making sure drinks were topped up and asking if everything was okay. Leisure staff were helpful, facilities were good, they were busy but manageable, staff were amazing. Nothing, just leisure could be managed a little better.

Excellent facilities, staff helpful, the PSA facilities were great. The bed was a little soft and only one pillow, personal preference.

“Value for money”

The room was functional but might be time for an upgrade, the spa was a bonus and the breakfast was worth the cost. No EV charging point.

“Really felt at home here, the staff were brilliant and very friendly”

The place was spotless and the staff felt genuinely welcoming, but the sign pointing to the front desk was a bit confusing.
