The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, everything was perfect – even the location, just a few minutes from the metro station.

“Great Room and Very Friendly Staff”

I loved the room design, received some free goodies and a personalized note, and the staff were very nice, but the shower head in the bathroom wasn’t clean even after I asked the cleaners to tidy it up and they never did.

This place is my go‑to whenever I stay in Milan! The rooms are spacious, warm, welcoming and clean, and the common areas and game room are real added value, hard to find elsewhere; the environment is pleasant and well‑kept, making you feel right at home immediately, highly recommended. The only drawback is the breakfast, which is always quite chaotic; at the bar there are only two servers, so even ordering a simple coffee can become a hassle with delays and confusion – adding another server during peak hours could make the service faster and more organized, a change that would greatly improve the overall experience.

The room was huge and beautifully restored, and there was only one elevator, which worked fine and didn’t cause any issues.

The room was large but not very cozy, the service was pleasant, it was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast was very poor and not worth buying – it was the same every day, dry croutons and toasted bread (there was no toaster, only a grill), almost no vegetables – just wilted lettuce leaves and a few tomatoes, no hot dishes, omelets or sausages, coffee only from a drip machine, artificial juices that tasted bad, there was a problem with borrowing a iron – only one leaking iron for the whole property, and you couldn’t adjust the air‑conditioning temperature because it was preset.
