“Gutes Hotel mit sehr guter Anbindung”

We booked the hotel to visit the National Park rafting; the hotel is well offered, as the bus stop and station are nearby. Food options in the hotel or nearby are very limited, but we luckily found a small restaurant nearby where we had something tasty. The food offering is just fridge food that must be warmed in a microwave or oven. FYI: we took the bus in the morning to the next town and the bus at 9:10 up to the National Park to join the rafting. The bus was delayed, so we missed the connecting bus and had to take a taxi up.

“七里御浜が目の前！熊野古道へのアクセスが良く、ベッドの寝心地が良い”

七里御浜が目の前で、道の駅パーク七里御浜が近く、那智の滝、那智大社、熊野古道からのアクセスが良い。 施設・設備が新しく、ベッドの寝心地も良かった。 スタッフの方々も明るく丁寧で、全体的に満足です。. 一階の共同スペースにハエが数匹いました。 共同スペースで朝食を摂ったので、とても気になりました。 シャワーは手持ちと固定の2種類ありましたが、湯船が無いので、湯船で身体を温めたい方にはお勧めしません。 トイレに鍵が無かったのも気になりました。

“Wygodny dojazd do hotelu, czysty, bardzo wygodne lozka i mily personel.”

The staff were friendly, the beds comfortable, and the place very clean. The hotel did not offer breakfast, only the option to warm purchased ready products at a nearby grocery. Products to buy at the hotel are available but priced high.

The mattress was very comfortable, and free coffee and tea were provided, which felt thoughtful. Free parking was very convenient for drivers. The room was spacious, fully equipped, and tidy. The front desk female staff had an excellent attitude; even though the language barrier existed, everyone tried to communicate in different ways, and I appreciated their politeness and care—those are the soul of the hotel. There were no complaints.

The room was beautiful. Sheets were not changed unless requested, and there was no explanation at check‑in.
