Hotel Milù is such a lovely gem in the heart of Florence! The location is perfect, right in the fashion and shopping district, with major attractions, restaurants, and the train station all within a 10-minute walk. The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and filled with charming artwork that makes it feel like a little art gallery. What made my stay truly special was the wonderful staff. Sofia, Clara, Amir, Filippo, and the entire team were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

A charming hotel right in the historic heart of Florence. The staff went out of their way to help us, offered a free minibar, a pleasant breakfast on the fifth floor, and even invited us to a special event for the exhibition of the network artist named bulb. It was lovely!

The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the train station and right on the fashion street, perfect for shopping. The room was clean and modern, and everything was comfortable.
