The place looks gorgeous no matter the weather, and the staff are the friendliest anyone could hope for. Getting around is a breeze and the food is beautiful.

The location and restaurant are amazing. However, the heating system doesn’t work and we had to sleep fully closed. At 10:45 pm, no one answered the phone! Scandalous, and nothing was offered at checkout. One night cost 1000€!

“Beautiful accommodation and beautiful staff.”

We loved the location and the setting was amazing, and the staff were brilliant 👏. My only criticism is that when you pay $900 / night (we stayed for three) and the simplest of things can be annoying, for example: for breakfast, there were condiments listed but were not available! The same happened when we went for a cheese board a couple of times during our stay; the listed cheeses weren't available. The same could be said for the complimentary items in your room, except some weren't replaced daily. The one coffee only with breakfast was a bit rich as well, I thought. These small things are first‑world problems I know, but it's the finer details that make the difference between being a fantastic stay or only a great stay… IMA
