The rooms were spotless and the receptionist was friendly, matching the photos I saw online. However, the dining options were limited and the kitchen cleanliness left something to be desired; I also had to ask for fresh toilet paper because it wasn’t refilled automatically.

The view was great, but when we arrived there was no electricity and the staff didn’t offer a backup plan or a generator, so we had to leave and find another place to stay. It felt unfair that early on 04 Sept I got a call asking if we were still coming, but they never called again to inform us about the power outage.

The staff handed me a damaged can of juice without asking about my dietary preferences, and as a vegetarian I was never offered a suitable meal because they didn’t even bother to inquire.
