The host is fantastic and always ready to help, the apartment is great, and the estate offers plenty of activities, though the DSTV service is lacking.

The pools were a highlight, but getting into the property requires a code.

Our room was very clean and ready for us, but the staff at the lagoon were not friendly; for pool entry we relied on our host who did everything he could, even calling the lady in charge to give us a paid lagoon pass, yet she was arrogant and stubborn, making us wait almost 45 minutes for the pass; additionally, we didn’t bring food and wanted to buy something from outside restaurants, but our host recommended a nearby restaurant that promised good food; unfortunately the food we bought there was disappointing, and I even photographed it.

The accommodation is self‑catering, but when I arrived I was directed to the wrong gate, which was an unpleasant experience.
