The room design was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a nice size with a working fan and hot water, yet the TV couldn't connect to the Internet in our room; the desk person admitted he'd tried everything to get the TVs to connect and nothing worked, which seemed to happen in multiple rooms—very disappointing. We showered early, settled in for a relaxing night of TV, but were let down by the lack of any streamed programming; even our travel modem and personal devices couldn't connect to the TV. The facility staff, including the day manager the next morning, were unsurprised and offered no discount when we reported the issue, treating it as a casual note sent straight to File 13. This unacceptable inconvenience marred an otherwise very nice motel; a basic service like this should be operational even in the cheapest low‑budget rooms.

The location was good, but the rooms were dirty upon arrival, the TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, and overall it was a terrible experience.

“Nice Time”

The rooms were clean and the staff seemed friendly; parking was available, the pool was open and enjoyable, and the shower water pressure was perfect, though the pillows were not the best.
