Thanks for the accommodation, breakfast, your help, and the taxi this morning. However, I must point out that the neighbors made a huge noise at night. I’m willing to be understanding, but your policy clearly states that guests must respect others between 22:00 and 08:00. Those neighbors even entered my room. Thanks for your understanding.

The cleaning was meticulous, but the coffee machine leaked liquid from underneath; a little maintenance would help, though it’s still fine.

The hotel felt very impersonal and I didn’t meet anyone, which was a bit disappointing.
