The hotel was beautifully decorated and the service was impeccable. We felt at home, especially since we were the only guests during our stay. The photos match the reality—it's even more beautiful in person! The only downside, beyond the hotel's control, was that we had a power outage in the whole city one evening, which didn't recover until the middle of the night (no Wi‑Fi or air conditioning 😭). That said, it didn't take away from the quality of our stay.

Everything was perfect with nothing to complain about; the only suggestion would be to have someone who could speak English, though the fact that only Spanish is spoken also adds a certain charm.
