The location was fine, but the staff were rude and unhelpful, and we didn’t get what we paid for. I’ll be filing a complaint.

The downstairs area looked amazing and the reception staff were fantastic and worked hard, but when we arrived there was no internet, so we couldn’t check in. Upstairs really needs a lot of attention: the beds were uncomfortable, the duvet was the thinnest I’ve ever seen, the wallpaper was peeling, and the curtains were hanging off the rail. The breakfast menu promised cooked breakfast and pancakes, yet we only got cold bacon, sausage, and baps that weren’t fresh. The pastries were rock‑hard, and we couldn’t eat the yoghurts because there were no spoons and no staff around. I’m really disappointed considering the price.
