The staff were very kind, but the establishment lacked cleanliness; the bathroom had a bad odor and the shower was full of mold.

The location in Phnom Penh is great—right next to the Royal Palace and the riverside. The staff are very friendly, the room is large with a good shower, Wi‑Fi works well, and the TV is good. When I needed an AC, the staff supplied a fan. The room did have a slight drain smell, the bed wasn’t that comfortable, and it could get quite loud; the AC even cut out for a bit.

The spot in Phnom Penh is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helped with booking trips, tours, and onward travel. I recommend staying here!

The operators are very friendly and the location is very good. The bed linens were clean. However, there is no common area to relax, a cockroach was in our room, the shower didn’t work properly, the toilet seat was broken, the room didn’t match the photos, it was fully worn out (stains on the walls, hanging curtain), and the towels smelled musty.
