I booked online, but when we got there they said the reservation was cancelled. The confirmation email never came, so we had to scramble for another place.

The spot right on the beach is great, the food was tasty and the staff were friendly, and the cabin looked pretty. But the place is hard to find – taxis usually miss it. The pool is a bit dirty and shallow, and the cabin showers barely work, so we ended up showering in the pool.

The place was peaceful with great facilities and service. Honestly, everything was perfect.

We had an unforgettable stay at Playa Aescondidas – the beachfront spot, the pool, the calm vibe, and the attentive staff made it special. However, the service could have been better, the location right beside the Ríohacha airport was a bit noisy, and the chefs' passion for cooking was a bit over the top.
