Comfort Inn & Suites Middletown - Franklin

“Convenient Location, But Disappointing Pool”

While this hotel's location was convenient for shopping, it fell short in other areas. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order during my stay, which was a major letdown for me. Despite this, the hotel's proximity to shopping made up for some of the disappointment.

“Clean Room, But Room for Improvement in Breakfast”

My stay at this hotel was pleasant, with a clean room being a highlight. However, the breakfast options were somewhat lacking, and I found myself wishing for a more extensive spread. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness made up for the subpar breakfast.

“A Clean and Safe Hotel Experience”

I was pleased to find that this hotel was both clean and safe during my stay. The staff seemed attentive and welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

“Misleading Pool Information Marred My Stay”

I was pleased to find that my hotel was clean and conveniently located, but I was disappointed to discover that the pool was out of order, which was a major factor in my decision to book a two-day stay. Unfortunately, this information wasn't clearly stated on the website, which could have helped manage my expectations. Despite the cleanliness and location, the unavailable pool was a letdown.

“A Mixed Experience with Friendly Staff and Some Technical Issues”

I was impressed with the hotel's amenities, particularly the breakfast bar, which my children thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. However, I did experience some issues with the key cards, which stopped working after the first night and again on the day of my departure. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did cause some hassle.
