I had to request the invoice by email 20 times, but nobody answered, so I still haven't received it.

The receptionist was very friendly, the hotel is in the city centre and close to everything, and we had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast met expectations, but the elevator was broken and our room was on the third floor. The hotel is old and needs renovation.

The location was fine, but everything else was terrible: the rooms were uncomfortable, the pillows were lumpy, there was no soap in the bathroom, the overall vibe was gloomy, and the front desk guy shouted at us like a lunatic when we tried to throw a paper in a bin… I would never come back.
