The Superior room sleeps two guests and features an extra‑long bed over 2 m, a seating area with a desk, wardrobe or closet, safety deposit box, clothes rack, iron and tiled floor. A private bathroom provides a shower, free toiletries, towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer. The room is sound‑proofed, includes a fan, wake‑up service/alarm clock, carbon‑monoxide detector, a socket near the bed, and offers a flat‑screen TV with cable channels and free Wi‑Fi.

“Placentero y práctico!”
The location was excellent and close to the convention center; the staff were quite friendly.
Very comfortable. Nothing else.

I always look for a place to park my car and here it’s available for a fairly moderate fee ($50), plus it’s across the street; outside there are paid parking meters. It’s a short walk to the center and sights. The room was scorching hot, had no air conditioning or ceiling fan, no ventilation, a door let in exterior light and street view, a folding curtain blocked the light at night but not vehicle noise. The room lock was non‑functional. Outside the room there was no light, so I had to fight darkness to unlock it. The next morning there was no water; they said they'd call the manager to handle it personally, which annoyed me, and I didn’t know how long it would take. I requested another room to shower, so I went to the other room (smaller but cooler) in pajamas with running water. I then crossed the courtyard with a towel on my head. It’s a nice place, the person who received me was kind and knowledgeable about customer service, but the person who should have resolved the water issue wasn’t even empathetic. I got a bad room and a bad experience. Many hotels offer a room for this platform; I don’t think the one assigned was suitable.
