“unit had plenty of room”

The place was in a decent spot, the kitchen was spotless and the stove was immaculate, and there was enough stock. Still, the unit desperately needs an overhaul, the carpets are filthy, we had mice on day two, and the staff couldn’t unlock the manager’s office to set traps.

“Clean and beautiful, but noisy neighbors above.”

The décor was old‑fashioned, yet the room was spotless and the vistas were stunning. The problem was the noisy upstairs neighbors; the foot traffic above was louder than if they were in the same room, so I’d request an upstairs unit to avoid that disturbance.
