A good option for a weekend stop, comfortable room, essential, warm, clean, with an en‑suite bathroom. The host was very kind and caring with excellent communication. The property isn’t too far from the center; you can walk there in about twenty minutes, and there’s free parking behind the building. Good value for money and a quiet neighborhood with shops just steps away. The only downside is the lack of a bidet, but there is a shower.

The location from the center is good, but room 1 faces the street and is very noisy. It’s freezing even with the heating on, and the whole building smells constantly of smoke—quite annoying.

The spot is central, the room is spacious, clean, and quiet, and the bathroom is spotless. The furnishings look a bit worn, and the street below is somewhat loud.

It’s a great place that I love, and I’ll come back every time I visit Arezzo; the location is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and the price is fair.
