The breakfast and all meals were excellent; I had half‑board and could enjoy the very good cuisine every day. The location isn’t directly on Achensee, but it’s immediately near the Karwendel Mountain Railway, which opens up the Zwölferkopf area for lovely walks and winter skiing. A short walk also takes you to Achensee. The staff were very friendly and competent, making me feel very welcome. I couldn’t find anything to criticize; I rarely experience such a perfect hotel.

“Eigentlich ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.”

The hotel is a dream! The staff are very friendly. The cuisine is superb with very high quality dishes. The rooms are large, beautifully equipped, and offer a great view. The spa area is inviting and clean. Overall, one of the best hotels we’ve visited so far. The Wi‑Fi coverage in the rooms could be expanded a bit, but it’s still fully adequate for “normal mobile use” (especially since you’re there to relax). Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing to complain about.

The whole package was fantastic – great food, charming staff who were very attentive, parking right at the hotel, and everything else was within easy walking distance. No complaints at all.

The room was spacious, the bathroom had a relatively recent renovation, and the separation between the toilet and shower was good. It would have been nice to have a kettle on the room, and the hot dishes at breakfast were a bit thin.

“Zusammengefasst war es ein erholsamer und”

The staff and chefs were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful and, apart from the bread, excellent. The Christmas party felt very family‑oriented and lovely. The bread, however, was too dry and hard.
