Nothing… :( The experience was overcrowded! What’s shown on the booking site doesn’t exist in reality! The room is cramped, no table or chair, no coat rack, glasses are in the bathroom with no hygiene, the bathroom fan is old and noisy, the soap is packaged in a horrible box, there are no shampoo or liquid soap in the shower, an old wardrobe without a key, no safe, a window on the top that forces you to lie on the bed to open it like a prison, the road to the hotel is off‑road with no sign, it’s next to a ski track, lights are off in the common area so you barely see the stairs. Breakfast had a single yogurt in a big bowl with no variety, no grapes or plums in the fall season, only oranges. The manager focuses only on collections, not on investments. I understand and appreciate the old style, but here it’s totally neglected; the windows were covered with vines. The worst experience ever!
The location, the room, the staff were all great. The surroundings are beautiful, the hills rise, you can do many circuits, and the cable car is easy to reach. The owner was super pleasant and lovely.

The panoramic spot is gorgeous, though the very last stretch of road to the cabin can be tricky in bad weather, yet the managers are very helpful to anyone who might get stuck. In truth, there was nothing I didn't like; it was our second stay here and we were more than satisfied, especially with the warm welcome extended to our two Golden Retrievers and the kitten traveling with us. We will definitely return.
