The room size, room service, breakfast, availability, the friendliness and understanding of the staff, and especially the receptionists were all good. Everything went well.

The shower was fine, but my room had no TV after I paid 75 USD.

The sheets were dirty and torn, the room was full of dust, and the breakfast area was unclean.
