The place was clean, close to the Prophet’s Mosque, had a warm reception from the front‑desk staff, and offered parking for cars.

“Very bad for Alzahra Alraqi Hotel”

I booked the hotel at 12:30 am for 24‑Sep‑2026 and it was confirmed, but when I got there at 1:30 am I was told my booking was cancelled and the room was given to someone who arrived later for a higher price. I searched for a hotel until 4 am. I trusted this hotel, and now my trust is broken; I should be compensated for my time, money, and all the trouble I endured. The hotel behaved poorly, treated guests unfairly, and seemed to be chasing money; if they want to charge a higher rate they should list it upfront. Such behaviour should be penalised so it doesn’t happen again.
