The spot is great, only 2 minutes to the beach, and the pool area is lovely. The food was tasty and cheap, and the receptionist lady was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, though the two younger men at the front desk weren't very welcoming.

“Comfortable and clean rooms but let down by poorly trained staff”

Every area was spotless, and the mattresses, pillows, and lounge cushions were super comfy; the bedroom itself was very roomy. However, the staff were young and poorly trained in customer service, and we had several tense interactions—one waitress blamed us when she messed up our order, another incident involved a missing item from our room that the cleaner apparently forgot, and we were told we couldn't use the buffet unless we were on an all‑inclusive deal, which was incorrect and implied we shouldn't pay for it. These small but cumulative issues made the stay less enjoyable. A seasoned manager who values good customer service would be needed here. The buffet breakfast was only adequate.

The hotel was impeccably clean, the breakfast hit the spot and gave just enough energy for the day, and the pool area was absolutely lovely. The spa, however, was off‑site and only offered treatments plus a sauna, which wasn’t what I had anticipated or hoped for.
