The place was great and very clean, right across from the beach. The front desk ladies, Thŏm and Tiēn, were incredibly kind and helpful. They made a great first impression when we checked in, and when our friends ran into an overbooked hotel and were left stranded, they welcomed them, listened to their situation, and made them feel at ease. In a stressful moment they were compassionate, considerate, and welcoming. Dendritic is lucky to have them on staff!

The location is nice, close to the beach, and the room with a sea view is spacious. Rooms without a sea view feel cramped and lack space.

The reception staff, Tien and Kim Linh, were undeniably professional, each handling guests’ issues during their shifts—fortunately not mine. The location is perfect, with a true sea view from the window, not just a corner glimpse. The room is functional, though breakfast leans toward Asian cuisine, which I wouldn’t choose. I’d love to return.
