The garden was lovely and cozy, the dining room was pleasant, the staff were friendly, and the room was beautiful and spacious. There was a bathtub, but I’d have preferred a shower; the bathroom felt old‑fashioned.

The breakfast was, without doubt, top. The street lighting around the hotel was poor and it was hard to get there, and we never had our water replenished any day.

The facilities were great for a relaxing few days, and the bed was very comfortable.

I stayed in a spacious room at a pretty hotel, but the room had a strong damp smell that made the stay uncomfortable, and the spare beds were quite uncomfortable. The pool towels weren’t changed after use. When we ordered plain bread at breakfast, it was already gone even though we were still in the breakfast hour, so we couldn’t have any. The dinner wasn’t suitable for children because there wasn’t enough variety for them, and although we paid for a half‑board, we still had to pay extra for a child’s dinner that was appropriate.
