The hotel was very nice and upscale. Anyone can access the property because of the rooftop bar; they should add key access to the elevators to give guests an extra level of security.

The hotel was good, but I was supposed to stay two nights and only stayed one because my flight was delayed. The hotel refused to credit me for the night I didn't use, even though the cancellation was beyond my control. I called the hotel several times and the issue was eventually resolved, even though they said it was supposed to be the hotel’s responsibility.

The bed was comfy. They sold my room and had no room ready when I arrived, which was an inconvenience because I came from out of town and had prepaid.
