The hotel was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area was a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. The staff were attentive, ensuring we felt at ease before arrival and throughout our stay. It’s well‑situated in a quiet area, ideal for visiting top‑quality restaurants and the main tourist attractions in Valladolid. A 100 % recommendation. Everything went well.

It’s a new and pretty hotel; Joel was very friendly during our entire stay, attentive and gave good recommendations. The pool area was great and it’s very close to the center. Nothing to complain about.

The location was great, just a 10 m walk from the bus station and close to good restaurants. The hotel was tidy, the staff friendly and helpful, and having a balcony was nice; the rooms had much‑needed A/C. The pool area and garden were well kept. Overall, a good stay! A fridge on each floor (not just the one on the bottom floor in the pool area) would have been nice, and an on‑site breakfast would have been great, but there are good options nearby.

A warm welcome at check‑in, the host lives fairly close to the city centre, and the room lets you brew coffee on the sofa while water is available in the lobby. The safe is in the room and the bed is large, though it does creak a bit. The insulation is awful, so traffic noise and neighbours are loud; bring earplugs. I felt the price was high and could have found a better deal for the same rate or a cheaper room of equal quality.
