The place never existed or has long been out of business; they’re just using it to scam people. First they claim it’s non‑refundable, then after you pay they never answer your calls or chats, even when immigration tries to verify. It’s a scam, and I fell for it because I didn’t read other reviews. It also seems they’re colluding with each other.

Fake hotel.

This hotel messed me up because it didn’t answer calls from immigration, which caused me to be denied entry and deported back home. Don’t book this place if you plan to visit Mauritius.
