The location was great, but the breakfast and facilities could use improvement.

The cleanliness was good. It’s far from the city centre, so you need a car, but it’s nice for those who enjoy the lake view. There was only one pillow per person, and the breakfast was simple; the only hot item was boiled eggs when available. Every day the same breakfast with no variety.

The location and views were good, but the rooms lacked air conditioning. During my stay it got hot and the only option was to open the windows, which could be better. Aside from that, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

The hotel sits in a beautiful spot right on the lake, we were warmly welcomed and given directions to El Calafate, even receiving a map with marked routes. The room had a lovely lake view and was very comfortable. However, some room items were poorly maintained, like the bedroom and bathroom doors that were a bit loose, and the towels weren't very good. Still, we liked the hotel a lot and felt it was good value for money.
