“The Sofia is as welcoming as ever. Overall excellent.”
Breakfast was healthy and plentiful with a very good range, but there could have been a freezer section in our room fridge; the reception did give us ice cubes.
The room’s climate control didn’t work properly; I couldn’t set it to a low speed at all, and the fan was so loud I couldn’t sleep according to the noise level. When I turned it off, I felt immediately uncomfortable. I mentioned it to the reception in the evening, and they said they would check it out. Apparently nothing could be done at that moment. I also received a comment in the wrong box.
The hotel sits in a great spot, and the breakfast is varied and delicious! Our room was just what we needed, with a balcony overlooking the sea, spotlessly clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and gave us good tips on places to eat and explore.
The staff were friendly, the breakfast offered good choices, and they provided some body and hair hydration products. The blackout could be better.
