“I never write negative reviews. I don’t expect much from my hotel stays. But this was awful. Will never stay there again”

The location was perfect, close to a Walmart which was handy when I realized I needed pillows and a blanket. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in; the “comforter” was almost as thin as a flat sheet, the pillows were flat with no support, the sheets had holes, the window was full of dead flies, and the towels were heavily stained.

“God awful”

There was absolutely nothing good about it; it smelled awful with dead bugs and mold, and the sheets were covered in dead bugs and mold.

“Not very good!”

That it was close to my grandmother. Upon checking in the lady at the desk told me the rooms key wasn’t working and I’d have to come to her each time I wanted in the room. I had to let her know that was unacceptable and she finally agreed to let me get a different room. Got in the room the floors were dirty and had dead bugs on the floor. The bed sheets were stained and the beds didn’t have any type of top blanket on them. I had to go to Walmart and buy blankets. We stayed two nights no one came in the room to clean the 2nd day and we was only left 2 towels I had 3 people with me as I had a double bed room. I went to the office to ask for another towel and she told me you only get two towels for your stay. I said well I have 3 people and we stayed 2 nights. She told me again only 2 towels. I also found a cockroach in our room. She did come with towels an hour later. The beds are also very hard

Not a thing i was very over charged,room was uncleaned,it needed a lot of work,outdated,staff was terrible,overall terrible experience!. Very first thing is they are false advertising,2nd thing they had a very bad attitudes,ran out of toilet paper at 3am,room very uncleaned,they in fact do not have a pool ,or a hot tub available,very over priced I'll never come back here not ever

“Didn't sleep all night cause of a beeping fire alarm. Sucked”

The location is good but the owner was too busy with her kids and took over thirty minutes to check me in. They could’ve given me the room I reserved because it was available, yet they charged me more than what I was quoted. They gave me a room with double beds that joined another room with just a locked door between us. I gave her a hundred dollars and had to get loud with her to get five dollars back, so I paid 95.00 for a room I didn’t reserve because I waited long enough to get checked in that I didn’t want to confuse her anymore. I didn’t know I got the wrong room until I had already carried my luggage upstairs and was too tired and pissed off to go back down and say something.
