The room sat very close to Melrose Arch and nearby attractions, was well priced, had basic amenities, and was fairly clean; the caretaker communicated well and on time, and we had no trouble checking in. However, the room was very cold and uncomfortable, received no sun, and we struggled to stay warm; the caretaker told us that gas refills only happen on Saturdays, but there should have been other ways to heat the room.

There were no air conditioners or heaters, so we froze while trying to sleep or relax.
