The rooms are nice and comfortable and the hotel staff are lovely and try to help you. I was told they could have bought us entry tickets to Zhangjiajie cheaper than the official site. We stayed in the hotel in September and the swimming pool was open till 22:00. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of western food variety. They offer a laundry service free of charge. Nothing else.

Great room, liked the laundry option, interesting feature. No full spa complex, no restaurant dinner option, no European menu or dish labels at breakfast. We literally left hungry. The vegetable dish had pork… how can that be? I don’t eat meat at all, so that was a problem; almost all dishes were Chinese‑style, sweet steamed buns next to meat buns, meat in vegetables, egg in rice—nothing acceptable to me.
