Air-conditioned rooms feature satellite TVs, minibars, coffee/tea makers, hairdryers, and hot shower facilities. The hotel offers a tour desk, currency exchange, car rentals, and a restaurant serving Western and Vietnamese cuisine, 30 minutes from Noibai International Airport and 10 minutes from Hanoi Railway Station.

It was very good for spending a night. The room was small and had no window.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was central.

The location was perfect and the staff were friendly. Our room’s air‑con didn’t work; they tried to fix it but it stayed broken, so we asked for an electric fan. The door lock on our room kept beeping. We requested a transfer to another room, but none were available, and we couldn’t move because we arrived very late and were already exhausted.

The room was spacious, the beds were acceptable, and the toilet was clean. There was no breakfast option, and only one pillow per person was provided.
